Alain Hunkins will address the Springfield Rotary Club's luncheon meeting on Friday, July 17th. His topic will be "The Executive Edge- The Fundamentals of Leadership Success".
According to Hunkins, "research shows that credibility is the foundation of effective leadership. Yet, research also shows thatless than half of leaders are effective". His program answers the questions – "How does leadership impact the bottom line? What are the core elements of leadership credibility? How do you build leadership credibility? And What can you do tomorrow to become a more credible leader"?
Hunkins is a lifelong student of human behavior and high performance. He speaks, trains and coaches CEOs, executives, managers, and front-line employees. Alain has spent the last 18 years working with over 1200 groups focusing on leadership and personal development. He believes in "marrying the science of high performance with the performing Art of Leadership". Alain serves on the faculty of Duke Corporate Education, ranked #1 in executive education by Business Week.
