Dear Fellow Rotarians,

We had a very successful evening this year for our Paul Harris Dinner. Through grants, joint donations with the Basketball Hall of Fame and money given for water filters to Cambodia we have given out almost $15,000!

Our club is also in Phase II of the Financial Foundations Project and the women who have participated are preparing investment plans. Please contact Samalid or me if you would like to donate an hour of your time to help the women write their investment plan. We are still working behind the scenes to get the Governor to come to the Women's Luncheon in the spring to fundraise for this project.

April will be Springfield Symphony Month. On April 6th we will be hosting a Rotary night at the symphony. We will contact the various clubs in the next 6 weeks and try to sell tickets. Please let me know if you would like to be on the committee.

Last Thursday our speaker was Chelsea McGrath from Revitalize Springfield. This was one of grant recipients. I hope we can organize a joint service day with Revitalize in May.

This Thursday, we are serving dinner at Friends of the Homeless. Please arrive by 4:15pm if you are joining us. 

We are also getting organized for the First Jim Russell Tennis Tournament in June. Please let me know if you would like to be on the committee.
