Revitalize Springfield

Chelsea McGrath has been working in the nonprofit sector since 2009. She began her career in
New York City, conducting outreach to the most vulnerable unhoused populations in the city:
at-risk/runaway youth and chronically unsheltered adults. She then spent four years in
workforce development before moving back to her hometown of Easthampton, MA. Currently,
Chelsea is the Director of Operations and Finance at Revitalize CDC in Springfield, which
provides critical repairs and healthy home interventions to low-income families across
Massachusetts. She sits on the MACDC Housing Quality and Health Taskforce and is a member
of the Health Equity Committee. She is the former Executive Director and current Board
Treasurer of the WillPower Foundation, a nonprofit that awards grants to children with special
needs. She also volunteers at Rick’s Place and The Garden, two organizations that provide grief
support for families and children who have lost a loved one.
